Morachi Chincholi–Nighoj Kund-Ranjangaon Package–1N/2D Morachi Chincholi village of tamarind trees and town of Dancing Peacocks all around (Approx 2000 Peacocks). It is situated on Ahmednagar – Pune Highway near Shirur / Shikrapur which is beautiful weekend picnic spot near Pune. Best time to see peacocks is 5.30 AM to 7.30 AM & 5.30 PM to 7.30 PM. Nighoj Kund is famous for the naturally created potholes on the riverbed of river Kukadi. Experts from all over the world come here every year to study the phenomenon of their formation. It is said that many years ago there was a huge amount of rainfall in this area and the River Ghod (Ghodnadi) flowed from the gorge-like structure with such force that erosion of the rocks took place and resulted in the formation of these potholes. Day 1: Early morning leave for Morachi Chincholi (190 kms 4 hrs & 65 kms from Pune 1 hr). Breakfast. After breakfast go for village tour ay enjoy peacocks, Fort Museum, satellite Suffers, nursery, poly house project , herbal plants, rural lifestyle, village games to play, puppet show, Mayur Point, Agriculture Lake, mango tree baug etc.. Day 2: After breakfast leave for Nighoj Kund (20 kms 30 mins). These potholes are also known as Ranjan Khalge. After this visit to Mahaganpati (One of the Ashtavinayak) Temple at Ranjangaon (25 kms 35 mins). By 4.00 PM leave for your home...
